GV II

House. Mis C19. Yellow brick with stucco dressings, hipped slate roofs, brick stacks
to ends. In Italianate style. 2 storeys with attic to centre, quoined ends and eaves
brackets. Tripartite windows in projecting stucco surrounds with C20 mullioned and
transomed leaded glazing, 5 across the first floor. Attic window to centre, semi-
circular. Glazed doors to right behind 1 storey portico on 4 Doric columns. 3 bay
extension to left with gable front to end. Central bellcot. Door to left with
rendered imposts to arched surround. Rear: polygonal tower to left with thermal windows
to top stage. Single storey bow windows to right. C20 extension to right end. House
undergoing enlargment and complete renovation at time of resurvey.
