Early C18 building of 2 storeys and attics in coursed rubble with stone slate roof.
Hipped dormer to road elevation and 2 to east side. Building roughly L-shaped.
Windows under eaves, now boarded up. Some windows on ground floor blocked, brick
heads. Later yellow brick chimney to left.

Boat House and Warehouse form a group.
