Lock. 1812-15. Restored C19 and C20. Brick chamber and wing walls. Single steel and
wood top gate with 2 sets of mechanical ground paddle gearing. Double steel bottom gates
with 2 sets of mechanical gate paddle gearing. Included for group value with drawbridge (q.v.)
and Northampton fight of locks (q.v.)
