Mid C19. Large stuccoed building at end of terrace on south-east side of square.
Ground floor and 1st floor rusticated. Parapet, cornice and stringcourses. 5 storeys.
3:2 windows, left hand 3 project slightly, all sashes without glazing bars, 2nd
and 3rd floor in moulded architraves, 2nd floor with cornices on consoles, 1st
and 2nd floor left hand 3 windows with cast iron balconies. Enclosed porch off
centre with rusticated pilasters and heavy entablature. Included for group value.
