ST4412 MERRIOTT CP BROADWAY (South-west side)

9/104 Lindum House

GV II

Semi-detached house. C17, modified. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; thatched roof between coped gables;
brick and chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3-bay south-east elevation at right angles to road. To ground floor, 3-light
ovolo-mould aullioned windows in chamfered recesses with labels; to first floor, semi-circular arched 3-light casements
set into the thatch. To lower bay 2 an ashlar porch with coped gabled Welsh slate roof, having a 4-centre-arched
doorway with C20 glazed door. Single-bay extension on south-west side, also thatched. North-east gable has latching
ovolo-mould windows with hoodmoulds, 2-light ground floor and single-light first floor. A variety of simple casements
in north-west elevation. Interior not seen.
