Two shops with house. C18, modified C19. Local lias stone cut and squared, Ham stone dressingsi Welsh slate roof to
shallow pitch between stepped coped gables, brick end chimney stacks. Three storeys, five bays. Moulded eaves course in
timber to hidden gutter; early C20 shop fronts across ground floor; 3 windows with recessed glazed doors between,
fluted Corinthian pilasters at ends, no true fascia; above, bay 3 has plain sash window in segmental arched architraved
surround, outer pairs of bays modified, now with large angled oriel windows in timber, with hipped lead roofs; second
floor has architraved surrounds to late C20 replacements for 9-pane sash windows. Interiors not seen. Primarily
included for group value in streetscape, and completion of a row.
