Detached house. Dated 1766. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables;
rendered brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Plain mullioned windows with beaded surrounds and shallow
architraves, all 3-light with rectangular-leaded panes and iron-framed opening lights. To lower bay 2 a boarded door
with matching surround, up 3 steps, under hipped timber and shingled hood, above which is the datestone inscribed
'T/PA/1766'. In east gable a C19 casement window, with similar windows in the rear extensions. Interior not seen, but
reported is a cross-passage 2-room plan: collar and tie-bead roof. Two pointed-arched windows to rear. (VAG Note,
