Detached early Victorian villa. 2 storeys, 3 proncipal bays. Hipped slate roof
with eaves. Rubble with ashlar dressings and auoins, band over ground floor. Central
projecting 3 storey porch turret with pyramied roof, pedimented window on 1st floor
with stone balcony and arched window on 2nd floor. Plate glass sash windows segment
headed on ground floor with kays; 2 on each side of turret, inner narrow, outer
ground floor ones tripartite. Heavily moulded entrance archway. Ashlar chimneys
with moulded capping. Interia: tiles lobby and hall, very good stairwase with
cast-iron balusters. Heavy ceiling cornices and fireplaces of the period.
