Cottage. C17, some C19 alterations. Coursed and squared rubble, two brick stacks, thatch. Two storeys, three bays, some three-light casements, two three-light moulded wooden mullioned windows to first floor, leaded lights, sixteen-pane flush mounted sash window to left of ground floor, fixed twelve-pane casement to extreme left. Door opening to centre, glazed door; all ground floor openings with wooden lintels. Left return with C19 glazing incorporated when the building was a post office. Interior with chamfered and stopped ceiling beams; fireplace with a broad wooden bressumer; C17 collar- beam roof.
