Detached house. C17. Random rubble Doulting stone, double-Roman clay tile roof with stone tile ridge and 2 stone
chimney stacks. One room deep with central door, now extended to the left. 2 storeys and an attic. 3-window front.
Stopped and hollow-chamfered stone-mullioned windows direct glazing to ground floor windows, elsewhere set in C20
mild-steel frames. Door of narrow vertical boards with iron furniture and studs, set under a square lintel. Ground
floor windows and entrance door have dripmoulds.
