12/39 The Georgian House

GV II

House. Late C18, Mid C19 alterations. Rendered, rusticated quoins, moulded cornice, parapet with coping, hipped-pantile
roof 3 brick stacks. Three storeys, 3 bays, sash windows with segmental heads in decorative architraves with emphasised
keystones. Two 3-light flat-roofed canted bays to ground floor, sash windows in a similar style, cornice to each bay.
Central recessed 6-panelled door, fanlight with radiating glazing bars, flat wooden hood on 2 Roman Doric columns,
pilasters to wall.
