Built as Town Hall 1833. Tall 3 storey rusticated stucco building with 5 window
front to Fore Street. Quoin pilasters. Cornice with parapet above. Clock in
centre of parapet. Round-headed doorway and windows. Similar facade faces east
along High Street. Side elevation to rear along North Street is of red brick.

Town Hall, Offices of Wellington Weekly News and Nos 1 to 5 (odd) form a group
with Nos 4 and 5 Cornhill.
