Farmhouse. C18, with later alterations. Chequered red and
grey brick to front elevation and left side with plain red
brick (possibly rebuilt) under eaves. Right side red brick in
English bond. Plain tile roof. Lobby entry plan of 3 bays;
2 broad, and one narrow to right end. 2 storeys on galletted
stone plinth with plain brick eaves band. Hipped roof. Brick
ridge stack off-centre to left. Irregular fenestration of 3
casements; two 3-light and one 2-light to right end, all with
splayed rubbed brick voussoirs. Panelled door with 2 top lights
and flat bracketted hood beneath stack. Rear lean-to, broadened
later. 2-storey rear wing added to left. Included for group
value.
