Terrace of 6 houses. Mid C19. Yellow stock brick with
rusticated stucco ground floors. Nos 17, 19, 23 & 25, slate
mansard roofs with dormers. 3 storeys, Nos 17, 19, 23 & 25
attics, and basements. 2 windows each. No.25, 2-window (1
blocked) return to Albert Street. Doorways with stucco
pilasters carrying entablature; pilaster-jambs carrying
cornice-heads; fanlights and panelled doors. Doorway of No.19
blocked and rendered over. Architraved, recessed sashes; 1st
floor with console-bracketed cornices and cast-iron balconies.
Stucco cornice and blocking course (Nos 17 & 19 cornice cut
back). INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
cast-iron railings with cone finials to areas.
