End of terrace house with entrance on return to Albert Street.
Mid C19. Composition stone blocks; floor levels have
intermittent patterned blocks. Stucco dressings and cornice. 4
storeys and basement. 2 windows and 3-window (2 blind) return.
Three-centred arch ground floor openings with architraves and
keystones; entrance with pilasters, overlight and panelled
door. 4-pane sashes; 2nd and 3rd floor have square-headed
architraves. 1st floor, architraved full length casements with
rosette enriched friezes and console-bracketed cornices;
cast-iron window guards. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY
FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings to areas.
HISTORICAL NOTE: notable for its use of artificial stone
blocks.
