Late C18/early C19. Stuccoed facade grooved to imitate masonry. Slate roof. Three storeys. Two windows top floor, three windows first floor, sashes with boxed frames and late C19 glazing. Altered C19 shop front ground floor with side pilasters vertical glazing bars only remain. Round arched entrance to Cort's Yard under south side of building.
