Circa 1850 detached 2 storey stucco villa with screen wall coach house linking
with that of No 5. Three bay, originally symmetrical, front but with left
hand window replaced by circa 1860-70 rectangular bay, tripartite glazing,
zzasticaied corner piers. Original glazing bar sash windows to ground and
first floors have eared architraves, with cornice on ground floor. Central
porch with fluted Roman Ionic columns, entablature. Hipped slate roof with
boxed eaves cornice on large modillion brackets. One surviving corniced
string chimney stack. Two storey service wing to left linking with screen
wall coach house. Circa 1860 two storey extension to right with first floor
oriel and 4 centred arched ground floor window with tripartite glazing; separate
hipped roof from house.
