Pair of early C19 houses. Brown brick, stucco basement. 3 storeys and
basement, 2 double-hung sashes each. Ground floor - round-headed windows
and doorways, windows in moulded architraves, doors with Roman Doric pilasters,
archivolts and fanlights. 1st floor balconies on brackets with 'gothic'
cast iron railings, windows have consoles and pediments. Top storey windows,
moulded architraves, flat arches. Parapet, Welsh slate roof. Steps and
railings to door and basement.

Nos 10 to 13 (consec) form a group.
