Late C18/early C19. Forms rear wing of 3 storey coursed stone terrace Nos
1 to 5 (consec) Chevin Alley (qv). Slate roof. Three windows irregularly
placed, generally modern glazing in earlier sash spaces. Door with cambered
head lining. Included for group value and as an integral part of terrace.
Early example of sloping roof.
