Farmhouse. Slate datestone inscribed: "IBM/1762". Roughcast with slate
roofs. 2 storeys, 4 bays, the 1st 2 bays lower, forming stables. Dripstones to
ground floor windows. House has sashed windows with vertical glazing bars, the
stables have small-paned fixed glazing to ground floor windows. Entrance has
cast iron decorative gabled porch; datestone above has scrollwork. Gable-end
stacks to house. Rear of house has projecting 2nd bay with gabled dormer and
12-panel door; lean-to outshut to 1st bay. Interior has plank and muntin
partition with fielded panels. ___________
