SK 18 SE PARISH OF BRADWELL BROOKSIDE

Brook House
II
Sunday school, now house. 1826, converted 1978. Rendered stone with painted
stone dressings and stone slate roof with stone gable end stacks. Two storey,
four bay building with C20 porch added to south. Brook now runs under building
through segmental arched tunnel. West facade has four C20 windows with raised
lintels and impost blocks. Above, four pointed windows with raised hoods and
imposts. Gothick tracery glazing in upper section with small pane casements below.
East elevation has four similar windows above and below, with similar glazing.
