Mounting Block to east
of Drovers End and

Mounting block including dog kennel. Probably C19. Gritstone. Triangular
structure, five steps up either side. Central small stiled arch to front with
complex moulded architrave. Dripmould over with carved foliage stops. To either
side, stylised rose tree carvings. Above arch incised carving in bow shape. To
either side, carved heads of a man and a woman. Above, in moulded roundel with
bones either side near the top, a dog's head. Carved leaves and ribbons also,
round arch above dripmould. Side of steps overhang with rounded nosing. Moulding
below,
