Shop. Early C19. Stuccoed brick. Roof of black-glazed
pantiles. 2 storeys in one wide window range. Fine early C19
shop front comprising a display window in form of a tripartite
sash of 8/8 and 2/2 glazing bars. Above is a glazed
hollow-diamond overlight. To right are a pair of fluted
engaged Ionic columns framing the entrance, but a third to the
left of the shop front has gone, leaving its base. Door has 2
lower panels and 2 upper glazed ones under a geometric
overlight. Modillion cornice. First floor tripartite sash of
8/8 and 2/2 glazing bars. Low parapet and a gabled roof.
Internal gable-end stack shared with No.5 (qv).
INTERIOR: front ground-floor room with a fireplace with narrow
fluted columns.
