Cottage. Probably C18. Plastered cob on stone rubble footings; stone rubble
stack with plastered brick top and Rolle Estate chimney pots; thatch roof, slate
roof to outshot.
2-room plan cottage facing south. The larger left (western) room has a gable end
stack. Probably secondary outshots across rear. Main cottage is 2 storeys.
Not quite symmetrical front of C20 casements with glazing bars and central plank
door. Roof is gable-ended to left and hipped to right.
Interior has plain carpentry detail where exposed. Roof not inspected.
