Twin pair of estate cottages, 1866 and 1867. Roughcast rendered stone and brick.
Slate roofs with gable ends. 2 rendered axial stacks to each pair of cottages.
Pair of cottages to each side of road, mirrored on plan with gables to each end. 2
storeys. Each gable has 2-light casement, 6 panes per light over transomed window,
4 over 6 panes. Similar windows flank tall gabled porch with twin pointed arch
doorways. Datestones with Duke of Bedford crest to the gable of the porch.
Further porches with datestone at facing end walls, both with single infilled
pointed arched doorways.
