House with cottage attached. Mid C18 house with early C19 cottage. Coursed
squared gritstone with gritstone dressings. Raised quoins, plinth and continuous
plain bands linking lintels to Heath House only. Both have moulded eaves cornice
Steeply pitched slate roofs with stone ridges, central stone ridge stack to Heath
House, west gable end stack and ridge stack to Heath Cottage. Stone coped gables
with plain kneelers. Both two storeys. Heath House three bays, Heath Cottage two
bays. Heath House has off-central moulded doorcase with rounded top corners,
projecting keystone, entablature and C20 double glazed doors below. To either side,
raised 3-light square section mullion windows, with lintel band. Above, to east,
similar window, and to west, two similar 2-light windows. Attached to west, Heath
Cottage with central flush doorcase and C20 glazed door. To either side, 2-light
flush mullion windows, with two similar over. All fenestration C20 small pane
casements.
