Early to mid Cl9 front. 2 storeys and basement. 3 windows and 1 blind
panel above; sash windows 3 panes wide. On ground floor, paired sash window
to left hand with stone dressings and dripmould. Sash window to right
hand also with dripmould. 4 stone steps lead up to stone doorway with
pointed head; plain ashlar spandrels; square dripmould. 6 flush-panelled
door with triangular fanlight over. Slate gabled roof, moulded stone eaves
cornice. Painted brick fronts; colour washed stone basement.

Nos 8 to 12 (even) and the western range of No 16 (Hunt's Dairies) form
a group with the North wing of Digby Estate Office, Cheap Street.
