2 storey, 1 window bay stone front with late C18 to early C19 detail, probably
earlier core. Pantile roof. Ground floor has good 3-light bowed sash
window with pilaster strips between lights. Battened door with boxed in
hood.

All the listed buildings on the North Side of Greenhill from Newell Cottage
to Belmont: and on the South Side from Delta to premises occupied by Godden
and Curtis form a group.
