C18 or early C19. 2-storey, 4-window pebble-dash front adjoining Acre
House. Moulded string at dado level. Sash windows with glazing bars.
Moulded architrave and hood to doorway; 6-flush-panelled door in frame;
rectangular fanlight. On right hand is painted stone 3-centred arch to
entry. Plain tile roof.
