Terraced house. c1708, altered. Brown brick with red brick
dressings, 3rd floor refaced in multi-coloured stock brick.
Rusticated stucco ground floor; stucco 1st floor sill band. 4
storeys and basement. 3 windows. Square-headed doorway with
fanlight and panelled door. Brick bands to 2nd and 3rd floors.
1st and 2nd floor, red gauged brick flat arches to recessed
2-pane sashes with exposed boxing. 3rd floor, gauged brick
segmental arches to 2 sashes with glazing bars. Parapet.
INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
cast-iron railings with urn finials to area.
