Outbuilding. C18, altered. Rubblestone with brick dressings and rendered
in part. Brick gables. Plain tile roof. 3 bays. One storey with upper
floor mainly in roof. Street front has rendered centre bay which may have
been cart entry or carriageway. Sloping boarded eaves. Brick gables with
2-light casements to south and 4-pane window to north. Double purlin roof
with curved principle trusses. Stack at north west angle and small
addition.
