ST 6601 CERNE ABBAS LONG STREET, (south side)

11/107 No. 32 (Maltsters)

GV II

Attached Farmhouse, formerly free-standing. Cl7 with C19
extension at east end, and refenestration. Rubble-stone and
chalk block walls, roughcast and painted white. Thatch roof,
half-hipped at left hand and gabled at right hand. Brick
stacks, composite at ridge, left of centre, and at right hand
gable. Two storeys. 4 windows, 3-light wooden and iron
casements, lead lights. No doorway at present on street.
Present entrance in brick outshut at rear under a clay tile
roof, plank door with wood framing and lintel over, C20.
Interior: two jointed-cruck trusses, possibly more (PB).
Interior not inspected, probably of historic importance.
