A late C18 or early C19 stuccoed house with a rusticated ground storey
(now cement rendered) 2 storeys. 4 window range, double-hung sashes
with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. The doorway has a shallow
hood on console brackets. Roof slate, steeply pitched.

Nos 35, 39 & 41 form a group.
