House. Late C16 and late C17. Timber-framed, plaster rendered and tiled
hipped roof with central stack west of the ridge. Two late C16 bays at north
end four a crosswing, structurally, to the late C17 range. Two storeys and
attic. Front elevation has four C19 six pane hung sashes in open boxing.
Four similar ground floor windows and two doorways, one with doorcase of
plain pilasters and dentil cornice and a six-panelled door, C18. The rear
elevation has three gable dormers. The house was extended by a lean-to dairy
at north end and by a narrow domestic passage on the moated side.
