Mid C18 house with C19 addition to west. Local brick. Plain tiled roof with tumbled
gable ends. End stacks. Two storeys and attic. Three hipped dormers with horizontal
sliding sashes. Band course between storeys. Flat, red brick arches to range of
3 hung sashes with glazing bars. Two C19 tripartite hung sashes flank central
doorway. Moulded architrave with pulvinated frieze and modern cornice. Door of
6 fielded panels.

Interior: original open string staircase of 3 flights with C19 balusters and C18
rail. Adjoining C19 addition to west. brick. Plain tiled. Three hung sashes with
glazing bars. Doorway with moulded architrave, pulvinated frieze and modern cornice.
Panelled door with 2 glazed lights.
