Farmhouse now private house. Probably early C18. Whitewashed rendered walls
over mixed limestone rubble with painted angle pilasters. Graduated greenslate
roof with stone chimney stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays. C20 casement windows in
original chamfered surrounds that on ground floor right in C19 surround.
Right-side entrance has C20 door in original painted chamfered surround.
Interior has ground-floor beamed ceiling and stone stairs from kitchen to
bedrooms. Included for G.V. with John Peel Cottage and its historic
associations with John Peel.
