House, initialled and dated J.A. 1776 on door lintel; byre adjoining to south
initialled and dated W.H. A.H. 1820 on lintel to hay-loft access. House
coursed, squared rubble with quoins. Graduated slate roof with stone end
chimney; coping and kneelers to north end. Symmetrical 2-storey 3-bay front has
central panelled door and fanlight in doorcase with hood carried on consoles;
sashes. Low area walls coursed, squared rubble with flat copings; wrought-iron
railings have pointed standards, cast-iron posts have urn finials. Byre of
coursed rubble with quoins under graduated stone flagged roof with re-used
coping and kneeler to south end; 2 doors with segmental heads to right and 1st
floor hay-loft access.
