Brewery, now three cottages. Early C19. Pebble-dashed slate rubble walls, under greenslate roof with rebuilt brick chimney stacks. Two storeys and high basement; two builds, that left of two bays (Corner Cottage) and three bays right (Nutshell and Yan Yak). Parallel stone stairs to doors in three tall solid pent porches, that to Corner Cottage whitewashed; Nutshell's has a C20 casement, Yan Yak's a small fixed light with glazing bars and basement door. Another basement door in front wall. Sash windows with glazing bars in raised stone surrounds.
