Churchyard cross, latterly a sundial. C12. Pink sandstone. Stepped socket
stone, split and clamped together. Shaft has chamfered edges, the now flat top
with C18 brass sundial plate without inscription or gnomon. See RCHM,
Westmorland, 1936, plate 37.
