II

Gothic cottage orné, dated 1809. Scored stucco over stone, deep coved eaves.
Three-sided castellated porch. Gothic doorway with 4-centred arch and a Gothic-
traceried door. Two-storeyed house forms core, with single storeyed wing on
each side, with conservatory at rear. Windows with round-headed lights and
hollow-chamfered stone mullions and transoms.
