C18. Two storeys. Rubble. Concrete tile roof. Two chimneys. Two windows with
plain reveals, sashed with all glazing bars. Four panel door, two raised and fielded,
two glazed. Interior. Exposed beams and joists. Front room has frame of fitted cup-
board with fluted pilasters to right of fireplace. Four flight closed string dogleg
stair with square newels, turned balusters and simple hand rail.
