Bank, late C19. Brick (Flemish bond), ashlar dressings, slate roof with brick
stack to left. 2 storeys and attic, 5 bays. Ground floor has sash windows with
no glazing bars under segmental arches with keystones. Plain surrounds and cills.
The central door has a pediment containing a coat of arms. This is supported on
scrolled brackets which branch from a Doric entablature supported on Doric
columns. The door has a large fanlight under a segmental arch with a keystone.
First floor windows have plain surrounds with keystones and are sashes with
glazing bars to the margins only. Wrought iron rails on the cills. 3 dormers
in the roof with segmental pediments and 6-pane sashes in moulded frames.
Shaped gables with stone copings and ball finials.
