House. Mid C19. Coursed squared gritstone with painted dressings. Stone slate roof, hipped to north. Stone gable end stack to south, stone side wall stack to north. Stone coped gable to south with plain kneeler. Two storeys, L-plan, three bay west facade. Central doorcase with plain bases, reeded pilasters, moulded imposts and semi-circular head. Bracketed stone hood over. Raised and fielded panelled door with traceried fanlight above. To either side, canted bay windows with plain sashes on each of three sides. Above, three plain sashes in plain surrounds. Included for group value only.
