House. C16-C17, altered. Timber frame with brick infill, the ground
floor and right gable rebuilt in brick, left gable pebbledashed. Old
tile roof, brick chimneys to centre and external to left. 2 storeys,
3 bays. Ground floor has barred wooden casements, 3-light flanking
2-light, the left window with leaded outer panes. First floor has
2-light casements, leaded in left bays. Board doors to right and
between left bays. Single storey weatherboarded extension to rear. Interior
has 2 central trusses with cambered tie beams and curved braces. Ground
floor right room has re-used moulded spine beam with stop-chamfered joists,
and moulded fireplace lintel in form of shallow Tudor arch.
