Part Cl7, part C20 built of old materials to match. Timber-framed; red brick
nogging; old tile roof with 2 chimneys on side walls and one on ridge. Two
barge-boarded gables, left hand one oversails ground floor on corbels. Casement
windows in modern oak frames and with diamond leaded lights.
