Built 1814 (sale prospectus). Gault brick. Slate roof with parapet and end stacks.
Two-storeys. Symmetrical three window range of hung sashes with glazing bars. Open
sided porch with Ionic columns and arched roof. Panelled double doors and fanlight
with glazing bars. Two early C19 brick piers, rendered. Of square section with
moulded cornices and ball finials.
