Villa, c.1850-60. Gault brick and slate roof, hipped, with
cut-brick bracketed eaves cornice. End stacks. Double pile.
Flat arches to three recessed four pane hung sashes. Central
doorway in double recessed semi-circular headed arch on stone
impost blocks inscribed "The Lindens". Two steps up to four
panelled door.
