Cottage, C18 remodelled in mid C19 as lodge to entrance of
Dullingham House. Timber framed and plastered with thatched
roof, tall C19 gault brick ridge stack with flint flushwork.
One storey and attic. Two dormer windows, three casement ground
floor windows with cast iron lattices. Shaped barge boards.
