An early C19 gault brick house, stuccoed on the front. The ground storey
is rusticated and a raised band runs between the ground and 1st storeys.
3 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung sashes with single vertical glazing
bars, in plain reveals. There is a single storey entrance on the south
east end, with a stucco doorcase with a semi-circular arched fanlight,
pilasters and an open pediment. Roof slate.

Nos 35, 39 and 41 form a group.
