House, in use as Kitley Estate Office. Early C19. Stone rubble with stuccoed and
brick dressings. Slate hipped roof with overhanging eaves. Stuccoed rusticated
quoins and voussoirs. Two storeys. Three bays. Sash windows with glazing bars red
brick jambs, and ground floor cornices on console brackets. Central fielded panel
door, rectangular fanlight and porch with fluted columns and entablature. South
elevation facing Fore Street has four bays.
